TailDirect is an information and communication service connecting charter brokers with US FAA Part 135 operators. We are not an air carrier, broker of air transportation, or party to any charter agreement. All charter transactions are concluded directly between broker and operator.
Operator and aircraft data is compiled from public FAA records, operator websites and operator submissions, and refreshed regularly. It is provided “as is”; verify operational details (certificate status, insurance, aircraft availability) directly with the operator before contracting. Rate estimates that don't come from the operator are clearly marked and are not offers. References to “every” or “all” US Part 135 operators describe our data coverage of the FAA Part 135 operator list; individual operators may lack public contact channels or opt out of receiving requests.
No scraping or bulk export of the database; no use of contact details for purposes other than the charter request that surfaced them; no misrepresentation of who you are. We may suspend access for abuse.
TailDirect Operator Notifications is our text-messaging program for US FAA Part 135 aircraft operators. Messages are transactional: a link to review your own operator profile, or a notification that a vetted charter broker has requested a quote for your aircraft. It is not a marketing program.
You consent to receive these texts verbally during a phone call with our team, or by replying to our email or SMS outreach; consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with broker activity for your aircraft and is low. Message and data rates may apply — your carrier's standard rates apply; TailDirect does not charge operators for messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailDirect LLC is not liable for losses arising from charter transactions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
