Questions brokers ask
What does the operator see?
An email at their charter inbox with your trip, the aircraft you picked, and your name, company and contact details, marked Company verified. One link opens a page where they quote, decline or write to you — no account needed on their side.
Can my team work in one account?
Yes. Once your company is verified, invite colleagues from the Team tab in your account. Each person signs in with their own email, and everyone sees the brokerage's requests.
Where do quotes, messages and files live?
In the request — one conversation per operator. Quotes, messages and attachments sit there together, and when an operator answers by email, the reply and its files land in the same thread.
What if an operator doesn't answer?
If an operator has not replied a day after your request, we send them one reminder — never more. You can also add more operators to an open request.
How do I close a request?
Close it from the request and say how it ended: booked (with the operator, if you like), cancelled, booked elsewhere, or no quote fit. Operators who answered are told the outcome.
