TailDirect is an information and communication service connecting charter brokers with US FAA Part 135 operators. We are not an air carrier, broker of air transportation, or party to any charter agreement. All charter transactions are concluded directly between broker and operator.
Operator and aircraft data is compiled from public FAA records, operator websites and operator submissions, and refreshed regularly. It is provided “as is”; verify operational details (certificate status, insurance, aircraft availability) directly with the operator before contracting. Rate estimates that don't come from the operator are clearly marked and are not offers.
No scraping or bulk export of the database; no use of contact details for purposes other than the charter request that surfaced them; no misrepresentation of who you are. We may suspend access for abuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARSIDIAN LLC is not liable for losses arising from charter transactions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
